Virtual Meetings
We always like to meet our clients in person and carry out physical site visits for risk assessment and design purposes. However, with the development of video conferencing technology, we are able to host additional virtual meetings with clients and interested parties when necessary. This cuts down the need to commute for meetings thereby saving valuable time and resources. Video conferencing allows us to share ideas and information in real time whilst remaining in the workplace or, if need be, working from home.
There are many benefits to virtual meetings:
Connection anywhere in the world.
We work with international partners therefore the ability to hold face to face meetings is vital.
Real time sharing.
Many forms of information can be shared easily. Whether it is text, video or audio the information flows back and forth in real time. We can work together screen sharing and developing ideas and plans as we go. Our meetings can be recorded to there is less need for note taking and we can concentrate on making the most from the meeting. In addition, the recording can be shown to other interested parties who may not have been able to make the live meeting.
Easy to organise.
Diary management is simplified. We can often arrange meetings with all the people we need at once more easily than if we tried to coordinate a normal face to face session.
Increased productivity.
We find that virtual meetings are more productive. Sharing of ideas, information, video and the ability to explore ideas online often results in shorter, more productive sessions.
